The daily allocation mechanism remains separate from the burn history: at the current stage, the release pool is 1,000,000 VOLT per day and distribution is calculated from active base-station weight.

The 1,000,000,000 figure in the current whitepaper is the original issuance figure. The website now displays the updated effective supply after the 800,000,000 direct burn and 31,572,650 ecosystem burn. The whitepaper remains available as the reference for the PoV release and weight mechanism.
